1 What Information We Collect
We collect the minimum information needed to provide our service:
- Account info — Your email address or Google account name/photo (only if you choose to sign in)
- Profile data — Your display name and age (entered during onboarding)
- Usage data — Chat messages, companion preferences, and generated photos — stored locally on your device
- Anonymous analytics — Basic usage metrics to improve the app (no personal data linked)
We do not collect your real name, phone number, address, payment info (unless you subscribe), or any biometric data.
2 How We Store Your Data
Most of your data — chat messages, companion photos, profile settings — is stored locally on your device using your browser's localStorage. This means:
- Your conversations are private to your device by default
- Clearing your browser data will erase your chat history
- We cannot access or read your conversations
Account authentication is handled securely by Supabase — a trusted, SOC 2 compliant cloud platform. Your email is stored encrypted on their servers solely for login purposes.
3 AI Services We Use
HamdamChat uses third-party AI services to power conversations and image generation:
- Anthropic Claude AI — Powers all chat conversations. Messages are sent to Claude's API to generate responses. Anthropic's privacy policy applies.
- fal.ai — Generates AI portrait photos. Your text prompts are sent to fal.ai to create images. fal.ai's privacy policy applies.
We do not sell, share, or use your conversations for advertising. Prompts sent to AI services are used solely to generate your requested content.
4 Cookies & Tracking
HamdamChat does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. We use:
- Session cookies for authentication (required to keep you logged in)
- localStorage for app data (stays on your device only)
We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any advertising trackers.
5 Your Rights
You have full control over your data:
- Delete your account — Contact us at hamdamchat@outlook.com and we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days
- Clear local data — Use the "Free Up Storage" option in your Profile settings to clear cached data
- Export — Since your chat history is stored locally, you can copy it directly from your device
6 Children's Privacy
HamdamChat is strictly for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect any information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us immediately at hamdamchat@outlook.com and we will delete the account promptly.
7 Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

1 Age Requirement
You must be at least 18 years old to use HamdamChat. By using our service, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate any account if we determine the user is under 18.
2 AI Companions Are Fictional
All AI companions on HamdamChat are entirely fictional. They are not real people. Any names, personalities, photos, or stories are AI-generated and do not represent any real individual.
- AI companions do not have real feelings, emotions, or consciousness
- Conversations are generated by AI and should not be treated as real advice
- Do not make important life decisions based on AI companion responses
- HamdamChat is not a substitute for real human relationships or mental health care
3 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use HamdamChat to:
- Generate, share, or attempt to generate content involving minors
- Harass, threaten, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our platform
- Use the service for illegal purposes under any applicable law
- Impersonate real people (celebrities, public figures, other users)
- Attempt to bypass AI safety filters or generate harmful content
Violation of these terms will result in immediate account termination.
4 Free & Premium Plans
Free plan: Includes unlimited chat and up to 5 AI-generated photos per day. Free features may change over time.
Premium plan: Includes unlimited AI photo generation and additional features. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time.
Refunds: We offer refunds within 48 hours of purchase if you have not used the premium features. Contact hamdamchat@outlook.com to request a refund.
5 Intellectual Property
The HamdamChat platform, design, logo, and code are owned by HamdamChat. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.
AI-generated images created during your session are for your personal use only. You may not sell, redistribute, or claim ownership of AI-generated photos produced by our platform.
6 Disclaimer of Warranties
HamdamChat is provided "as is" without any warranty. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or appropriate for all situations.
We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI companion conversations, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
7 Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at hamdamchat@outlook.com.
8 Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable law. By using HamdamChat, you agree that any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court, to the extent permitted by law.

2 Protecting Yourself Online
- Never share your real address, financial information, or passwords with anyone — including AI companions

- Use a strong, unique password for your HamdamChat account
- Log out of shared devices after use
3 Healthy Usage
AI companions are meant to be fun and supportive, but maintaining real human connections is important for your wellbeing. We encourage you to:
- Balance AI companion time with real-world social activities
- Take breaks if you feel overly dependent on the app
- Remember that AI responses are generated — not genuine human emotion
4 Content Safety
HamdamChat uses AI safety filters on all image generation. We do not permit and actively block:
- Any content involving minors
- Non-consensual scenarios
- Violent or hateful content
- Content that promotes self-harm
